HIT Workout: Feb 10th, 2011

Worked out fasted for ~ 19 hours and then had some beef stew with potatoes at around 4pm.  It had been a month since my last real “HIT” workout with a trainer.  Snow storms and sickness – yes, my first sickness in about 2 years, a cold which turned into bronchitis – kept me working out at my local gym for the past month.  Modest improvements like you would see after a week, not a month, but my breathing was congested and metabolically I wasn’t 100%. – a few coughing fits, etc.
