Negative HIT Workout: September 16th

Killer leg work-out today, I left with very shaky trembling legs…but fun as usual…well…at least once it was over.  I worked out fasted, eating a roast beef melt (minus the bread) and a side salad an hour after the workout.  I’m leaving for Europe tomorrow morning for 10 days – wish me luck on keeping the Paleo…any Super Slow gyms in Frankfurt?
