HIT Workout - September 9th, 2010

3 weeks since my last workout…trainer was on vacation, then I was on vacation, etc.  So I was a bit nervous about my results, albeit needlessly.  I worked out fasted and had a salad an hour after I was done.

What happened to my chest press?  I performed the exercise immediately after the Overhead Press and the muscle groups are too similar.  I really pushed on the OP and depleted my muscles – nothing was left for the Chest Press.
