HIT Workout - June 22nd (Trainer's Choice)

Trainer’s choice week…the “Is and Ts” were easier this week, so Chris will up the weight next time.  On the Leg Extension, I was able to hold the weight up and steady even with Chris standing on the weights…4 times was killer, my quads BURNED!   I had to stop the negative Arm Cross after 2 reps as my shoulder impingement returned and tearing seemed imminent. 

 

I think the Ecentrix machine has to go (negative chin ups)…the exercise is not fluid.  It’s hard at the top, easy in the middle…the equipment was not built for my height, so I stand awkwardly…I’m not getting a lot out of it…(and it’s not fun, either)…I prefer the Overhead press…

 

Back to the normal Big 6 next week – I’ll be changing up the order so that the exercises I improved least in will be at the beginning…
