HIT Workout - March 23rd

Worked out fasted, took 10 grams of BCAAs 15 minutes before the workout.  I barely got the last rep of the overhead press, taking 15 seconds of pushing in which I felt I wasn’t even moving it.  I left with my ears ringing…

 

I spent the weekend at my best friend’s house, Jeff Erno, and we discussed variations on our HIT workouts.  My trainer, Chris, liked the idea – continue the below big 6 workout every other week and allow him full control over the other weeks’ workouts.  We start next week.  Chris seemed overly excited to develop new and better ways to torture me during ‘his’ week.
