don't have a HIT/super slow instructor right now since I changed jobs,
but I expect to get back to it at some point. For now I going to a
local gym once on the weekend. I alternate between dead-lifts and
squats, and then do 3-4 more nautilus machine style lifts. I keep in
mind the Big 5 and do mostly those exercises but throw something else in
once in a while as it suits my mood.
Squats: 5 Reps 135#, 5 reps 185#, 3 reps 205#, 3 reps 225#, 4 reps 225#
