HIT kicked my @$$ today…I really pushed and drained my reserves on the leg press. Kinda felt like puking afterwards… J My last 2 exercises show how drained I was afterwards – pretty dismal results.
Next week I will try Drew Baye’s method of dynamic exercise order… http://baye.com/dynamic-exercise-order/. I’ll start with overhead press, then Pull Down, then lower back, then leg press, then pull-over and finally chest press. The exact order based on starting from worst results to best.
